Job Description

We are looking for an ambitious and energetic Business Development manager to help us expand our clientele. You will be the front of the company and will have the dedication to create and apply an effective sales strategy. The goal is to drive sustainable financial growth through boosting sales and forging strong relationships with clients.

Responsibilities

  • Become an expert in what Nu offers our clients
  • Develop a growth strategy focused both on financial gain & customer satisfaction
  • Arrange business meetings with prospective clients
  • Promote the company’s solutions addressing or predicting clients’ pain points
  • Prepare sales agreements
  • Provide honest & trustworthy information to prospects
  • Maintain our CRM
  • Utilize Inbound Sales techniques
  • Build long-term relationships with new and existing customers

Compensation & Benefits

This position is strictly a commission based with some exceptions. 

  •  Nu will provide company benefits.
  •  The first 45 days Nu will pay $4500.
  •  Following 45 days your compensation will be as follows:
    • You will receive 50% of the clients first month payment (annual agreements).
    • You will receive 25% of the clients first month payment (monthly agreements).
    • Every subsequent month during the first year, you will receive 5% of the clients retainer.
    • Following 12 months, you will receive 2.5% of the clients retainer per month.

*No cap on salary
